The wall covering, Silk Glass Wall, is a composition of damask “tesserae” from different eras (17th and 18th centuries) preserved in historical archives. From the union of small fragments emerges a new silky and elegant pattern. The pattern, thanks to a calibrated balance between solids and empty spaces, is more lively and dynamic compared to traditional damask.
