This page summarizes our Terms & Conditions of Sale. Where they differ, the Terms prevail.

Cancellations

Stock pieces are sold as seen and cannot be cancelled once paid.

Made to Order pieces cannot be cancelled after the Point of Order. This is the date production begins: once we have confirmed your order and received your deposit and, where drawings are issued, your written approval of them.

Changes after the Point of Order require our written agreement and may carry a change fee and a revised lead time.

Returns

We do not accept returns of delivered pieces. Made to Order pieces are made to your specification and are not returnable.

Delivery damage and shortages

Inspect every piece on delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery note and photograph it.

Report any damage, shortage or non-conformity in writing within 72 hours of delivery.

Report concealed damage within 72 hours of discovery, and no later than 30 days after delivery.

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Where we arranged transport, we repair or re-make the affected pieces. We do not refund for pieces damaged in transit.

Warranty

Pieces are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery or, where we install, from completion of installation. We repair or replace at our election. We do not refund.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, failure to follow care instructions, damage from heat or humidity, or indoor pieces used outdoors.

Our pieces are handmade. Variation in color, grain, veining and patina is in the nature of the material and is not a defect.

Unless the quotation states that a piece is contract rated, pieces are made for residential use. In commercial spaces the warranty covers materials and workmanship only.

Claims

Write to contact@passerini.com with your order reference, a description and photographs.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
