Logistics are quoted separately

Freight, packing and crating, insurance, customs, duties, receiving, storage and white glove delivery are not included in the price of a piece.

When your order is ready, we obtain current rates and send you a logistics proposal for approval. Logistics are charged at actual cost plus the coordination fee set out in our Terms.

Any logistics figure on a quotation is a budget estimate, not a fixed price.

Terms of sale

Unless your quotation states otherwise, pieces are sold Ex Works, Incoterms 2020.

We do not sell on Delivered Duty Paid terms. For shipments outside the United States, you are the importer of record and pay import duties, taxes and destination charges directly.

You may appoint your own carrier or collect your pieces. A handover fee applies.

Insurance

When we arrange transport, we insure the shipment and the premium is charged with logistics. When you arrange your own transport, insurance is your responsibility from handover.

Taking delivery

We will notify you when your order is ready and agree a delivery date. Delivery must be taken within 14 days of that notice. After that, pieces are transferred to a professional receiving agent for inspection and climate-controlled storage, at your cost.

Be present at delivery, or have a representative or receiving agent present, to inspect the pieces and sign the delivery note.

Lead times

Lead times are estimates and run from the Point of Order. We will tell you of any material change as soon as we know of it.

Sales tax

Florida sales tax and any applicable discretionary surtax are added where due. Resellers must provide a current Florida Annual Resale Certificate before we invoice. Out-of-state and multistate certificates are not accepted.
