The sofa’s base structure is constructed from 25-mm dual-layered poplar plywood reinforced with a 50×50 metal profile. The front support is fastened with 6-cm elastic belts, providing stability and support.
The back and armrests of the sofa are made of 18-cm poplar plywood, ensuring sturdiness and durability.
The base structure is gummed with two densities: 30% for the external parts and 70% for the upper parts. This helps improve the support of the upholstery and provides comfort.
The sofa includes various types of cushions. The back cushion interior is enclosed in a down-proof cotton casing and is stuffed with a combination of acrylic and down filling. The seat cushions are padded with expanded polyurethane double density foam, with 30% high capacity foam for the front and 32% moon p elastic foam with high breathability for the backrest. The upper convexity is made of high resilience pink foam at 35%, covered with a 3-cm memory foam sheet, all enclosed in a down-proof cotton casing stuffed with down.
The cushion covers are completely removable, making them easy to clean and maintain.
The base of the sofa is made of powder-coated metal and is anchored to the load-bearing structure of the frame. This provides stability and structural support.
