Fortuny Silk Pendants and Italian Glass Pendant Lights

Cesendello is our most viewed pendant, in silk or glass. The Fortuny Concubine series, handmade in Venice, comes in six hand-printed silk patterns, from Tempio to Favorita. Meanwhile, Electra, People and Olympia offer modern shapes in metal and glass. Finally, Camilla, Penelope and Thea suit classic rooms.

How to Choose Pendant Lights

Over an island. As a rule, hang pendant lights about 30–36 inches (75–90 cm) above the counter. In addition, space them evenly and keep about 6 inches (15 cm) from each end.

How many. Two larger pendants suit a short island, whereas three or more smaller ones suit a long one.

By the bed. Bedside pendants should hang just above the nightstand, so the light falls on your book.
