Villa at Old Palm

Sophia Passerini and her team completed a full redesign of this 7,100 sq ft villa in Old Palm, one of the most sought-after communities in Palm Beach Gardens. For this Palm Beach Gardens interior design project, we embraced strong colors and eclectic details. As a result, textures and focal points play off each other in every room. Our Palm Beach interior designers guided the work from the first concept to the final styling.

A Statement Fireplace for an Old Palm Villa

First of all, the living room revolves around a custom marble fireplace, framed by dark wood paneling. It instantly becomes the statement piece of the house. Opposite the fireplace, deep green velvet sofas and sculptural armchairs face each other on a pale rug. Meanwhile, large black-and-white artworks add contrast.

The Foyer and Lounge

In the foyer, a pair of custom cabinets offers generous storage with quiet elegance. Next to them, we placed ottomans inspired by Japanese design and upholstered them in Armani/Casa fabric. Further in, the large lounge sofa takes center stage. Its soft Tuscan leather and hand-woven leather armrests make it a piece to remember.

Inside the Villa at Old Palm: Dining and Bedroom

Similarly, the dining room continues the bold palette. Red velvet chairs surround a round dark wood table, under a modern chandelier. Behind it, sculpted wall panels and a patterned sideboard add rhythm and depth. By contrast, the primary bedroom feels calmer, with layered grays, warm wood and a striking portrait above the bed.

Old Palm is known for its remarkable architecture, and this Palm Beach Gardens interior design project was a true source of inspiration. In short, it blends eclectic character with modern comfort. See more of our work in the portfolio, or contact our studio to plan your own home.
